China - A State of Organized Crime?

After reading this article, who would visit China as a tourist and give more American dollars to this rouge nation that holds far too much of our debt and is willing to murder at will, any and all political opponents? Click HERE.

The Florida Whig Party encourages everyone to know the manufacturing source of all products and purchase a Chinese alternative whenever reasonable.

Situational ethics in human rights is the ultimate hypocritical act of man; the second most is doing business with the hypocrite, here or there.

Multi-national and national businesses pulling the strings of their puppet Democrat and Republican Members of Congress for the health and welfare of the corporatocracy can never justify the actions of their friends in Beijing.

您怎敢坐那裡作為躊躇滿志的謀殺以人民共和國的名義。

How dare you sit there as smug murders in the name of the people's republic.

Capital punishment is applied to a wide range of crimes in China, some of which are punishable by death in no other judicial system in the world. Economic crimes such as tax fraud have appeared routinely among the dockets of those receiving the death sentence, as have relatively small-scale drug offenses. Capital punishment in China can be imposed on crimes against national symbols and treasures, such as theft of cultural relics and the killing of pandas. Public corruption, property crimes such as theft, and smuggling gold, silver or other precious metals are also amongst the 68 crimes that are eligible for the death penalty in China. Capital punishment is also imposed on inchoate offenses, that is, attempted crimes which are not actually fully carried out, including repeat offenses such as attempted fraud. The recidivistic nature of the offenses, not their seriousness per se, is what is adjudicated to merit the capital sentence.

On December 29, 2009, Akmal Shaikh, 53, a British citizen of Pakistani origin, was executed following his conviction in 2007 for the smuggling of 4kg (8.8lb) of heroin into China. The Chinese criminal code specifically provides for the death penalty for smuggling heroin in quantities more than 50 grams. The execution was carried out despite appeals for clemency from the highest levels in Great Britain and the United Nations. Claims that Shaikh was mentally ill and suffering from a bipolar disorder were discounted by China.

One year after hosting the Olympics, 2009 is the year of censorship in China. Google is one of the few to say "ENOUGH".

According to an article in the Wall Street Journal, an estimated 7,500 to 8,000 people are executed by China's government each year (Click HERE). Executions in China take place by lethal injection or firing a single shot from an AK47 to the back of the head (Click HERE).

Since President Obama has ignored the Christians who have appealed to him to defend the rights of Chinese Christians, maybe Actor Richard Gere who is the chairman of the International Campaign on Tibet, will be able to move Obama to arrange a meeting between the Dalai Lama and Chinese President Hu Jintao to discuss religious freedom. If the Buddhists can gain a few rights, maybe the Chinese Christians will as well; and fewer will be executed in the name of preserving the People’s Republic (the name People’s Republic is an utter joke to Jeffersonian republicanism). Gere has stated: “It is clear to us that no efforts will yield positive results as long as the Chinese government continues to vilify His Holiness and propagandize against the Tibetan people who remain committed to a peaceful resolution.”

Arrested and never heard from again for the crime of praying for peace.

When President Richard Nixon opened the U.S. door into China in 1972, the transcript of his secret meeting with Chairman Mao Zedong at his Peking residence was classified for 25 years. When Google announced Tuesday it wouldn’t censor its Google.cn search engine anymore — all but committing the “Don’t Be Evil” internet giant to a self-imposed China exile — it took just seconds for its blog post announcing the decision to careen around the world. Our Republicrat Members of Congress have spent so much money and increased our national debt by such an amount that We the People are being held in financial hostage by the People's Republic of China. We've lost our leverage and to regain it we must rid our nation of all incumbents in 2010. Nothing less will do.

With all his faults well known, at least Nixon didn't bow to Mao. Standing tall isn't macho, it's Presidential and required of all Presidents.
